I give herewith my consent to the processing of personal data provided in the Entry Form for the purpose of participation in the festival competition and declare to have acquainted myself with the data protection principles under Art. 13 and corresponding recitals of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
By submitting the Entry Form I give to the controller Radio and Television Slovakia, Mlynská Dolina, 845 45 Bratislava, Registered No.: 47 232 480 (hereinafter referred to as “controller”) pursuant to point a) of Article 6 (1) and Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) my consent to process my personal data for this purpose: registration to competition, evaluation of the competition, keeping a record of the competition participants, mutual communication with the participants and sending information about the competition to the participants. Personal data provided include: first name, family name, telephone number, e-mail address.
This consent to the processing of personal data is a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous affirmative act demonstrating your agreement with the processing of your personal data for a period of two years following your participation in the competition. Your personal data will be mechanically discarded (shredded) after the given period of time and will not be processed in any other database. For detailed information please visit
